Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening perfluorinated synthetic oil with a perfluorinated thickener, and is refined through a specialized manufacturing process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high- and low-temperature performance, particularly outstanding high-temperature stability, enabling long-term operation at 260°C.
● Exhibits excellent chemical inertness, remaining unreactive with the vast majority of chemicals and demonstrating exceptionally stable performance.
● Remain stable in an oxygen-rich environment to ensure the safe operation of oxygen equipment.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating a wide range of high‑temperature components, with operating temperatures up to 260°C. It is also ideal for the lubrication and sealing of oxygen‑service equipment, remaining chemically inert in oxygen atmospheres to ensure safe operation. Furthermore, it provides full‑life lubrication for motor bearings, eliminating the need for grease replacement or replenishment throughout the motor’s entire service life.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 260°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases; such mixing will significantly degrade the grease’s performance.
● When using this product, all components must be thoroughly cleaned; if necessary, they should be rinsed with a perfluorinated solvent.
● When using this product at temperatures between 280°C and 300°C, ensure adequate ventilation.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
