Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a synthetic base oil with a high‑temperature thickener and further refined with viscosity modifiers, antioxidants, and other additives.
Product Performance
● Excellent adhesion and easy oil-film formation ensure that lubricated parts remain in optimal lubrication conditions.
● Long service life and excellent lubricity
● Excellent high-temperature stability and oxidation resistance; it does not coke or thin out at elevated temperatures.
Product Usage
It is suitable for the lubrication and protection of bearings operating under high-temperature conditions in industrial applications, such as stretch‑setting machines, heat‑setting machines, high‑temperature blowers, and hot‑press machines. It is also applicable to the lubrication and protection of bearings, gears, and other components that operate in high‑temperature environments.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases; different greases may undergo physical or chemical reactions that significantly degrade performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum, 1 kg/can.
