Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening synthetic oil with a specialized urea-based thickener, and further refined with additives such as antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors.
Product Performance
● This product exhibits long-lasting lubricity at high temperatures;
● Extremely low high-temperature losses;
● Excellent antioxidant capacity;
● Long service life.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating various mechanical rolling and sliding bearings operating at high speeds under elevated temperatures, including auxiliary boiler rotary burner bearings in large factories, sleeve bearings in plastic extruders, draft fans in cracking furnaces, stretching and tentering machines, hot‑air blowers, heat‑setting machines, baking ovens, and high‑temperature dyeing vats. It is also ideal for lubricating gears, chains, and clutches in high‑temperature environments.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum, 1 kg/can.
