Lingwei 1109 series oil resistant sealing grease

Product Introduction
This series of products consists of four grades: Lingwei 1109, Lingwei 1109-1, Lingwei 1109-2, and Lingwei 1109-3, all of which are made by thickening synthetic oil with inorganic thickeners and refining it with various additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion.

Product Performance
Has good resistance to media such as kerosene, gasoline, lubricating oil, liquefied petroleum gas, ethanol, and water;
In the above medium, it is insoluble, non dispersible, and has lubricity;
It has good high temperature resistance, excellent adhesion, good oxidation resistance, non curing, pressure resistance, good vibration resistance, good sealing performance, and easy disassembly of parts.

application
Lingwei 1109 is suitable for static sealing and low-speed sliding of mechanical equipment, locomotives, pipelines, valves, etc. that come into contact with media such as kerosene, lubricants, ethanol, gasoline, water, and liquefied petroleum gas, as well as sealing and lubrication of rotating sealing surfaces. Applicable temperature range: -10 ℃ to 150 ℃.
Lingwei 1109-1 is suitable for lubrication and sealing of low-speed sliding and rolling bearings in contact with the above-mentioned media. Applicable temperature range: -20 ℃ to 150 ℃.
Lingwei 1109-2 is suitable for lubrication and sealing of valve stems on pipelines transporting the above-mentioned media. Applicable temperature range: -10 ℃ to 150 ℃.
Lingwei 1109-3 is suitable for sealing and lubricating sealing parts that require oil gun filling. Applicable temperature range: -10 ℃ to 150 ℃.

Precautions for use
This product can be cleaned with acetone or washed with synthetic detergent mixed with water. Before use, clean the greased area with gasoline (or kerosene), acetone or synthetic detergent mixed with water, blow dry or air dry before applying this product;
Cover it promptly after use to prevent impurities such as moisture and dust from entering.
