Product Overview
This product series comprises four grades—Lingwei 1109, Lingwei 1109‑1, Lingwei 1109‑2, and Lingwei 1109‑3—all formulated with synthetic base oils thickened by inorganic thickeners and refined with a variety of additives, including antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent resistance to media such as kerosene, gasoline, lubricating oil, liquefied petroleum gas, ethanol, and water;
● In the aforementioned medium, it is neither soluble nor dispersible, and it exhibits lubricity;
● It features excellent high-temperature resistance, outstanding adhesion, superior oxidation resistance, non‑curing properties, pressure resistance, excellent vibration resistance, reliable sealing performance, and easy disassembly of components.
Product Usage
Lingwei 1109 is suitable for sealing and lubricating static seals and low-speed sliding or rotating sealing surfaces in mechanical equipment, locomotives, pipelines, valves, and other components that come into contact with media such as kerosene, lubricating oil, ethanol, gasoline, water, and liquefied petroleum gas. Operating temperature range: -10°C to 150°C.
Lingwei 1109-1 is suitable for the lubrication and sealing of low-speed sliding and rolling bearings in contact with the aforementioned media. Operating temperature range: -20°C to 150°C.
Lingwei 1109-2 is suitable for lubricating and sealing valve stems in pipelines conveying the aforementioned media. Operating temperature range: -10°C to 150°C.
Lingwei 1109-3 is suitable for sealing and lubricating sealed joints that require oil‑gun application. Operating temperature range: -10°C to 150°C.
Precautions for Use
● This product may be cleaned with acetone or by wiping with a diluted synthetic detergent. Before use, thoroughly clean the greased area with gasoline (or kerosene), acetone, or a diluted synthetic detergent, then dry it by blowing or air-drying before applying this product.
● Close the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
