Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening synthetic oil with an inorganic thickener and further refined with a variety of additives and structural modifiers. It complies with the SH/T 0432-92 standard.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent solvent resistance, water‑tight sealing properties, high‑ and low‑temperature performance, and dielectric characteristics.
● Does not corrode metals and exhibits excellent compatibility with a variety of non-metallic materials, including polypropylene, nylon, and rubber.
Product Usage
1. Lingwei 1107 is suitable for sealing and lubricating interfaces between metals and rubber; for sealing and lubricating low‑speed sliding parts such as glass, ceramic, or metal valve stems and fittings that come into contact with certain chemicals; for damping in potentiometers and for insulation and sealing in electrical devices; as a filling medium in fluid couplings; and it can also be used for lubrication and sealing in vacuum systems operating at pressures as low as 1.33×10⁻⁴ Pa. Its applicable temperature range is −54°C to 205°C, with short‑term exposure up to 260°C.
2. Lingwei 1108 is a lubricant and corrosion inhibitor suitable for the mating surfaces of ferrous metal components, whether threaded or non‑threaded, and can also be used for the protection and insulation of electrical equipment.
Applicable temperature range: -60°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other greases;
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
● This product should be stored in a clean, dry, and light‑protected environment.
Packaging specifications
