Description
Product Overview
This product is refined by thickening high-quality mineral oil with a composite soap and incorporating multiple additives, including antioxidants, extreme-pressure agents, and rust inhibitors.
Product Performance
● Compared with lithium-based greases, this product offers a higher service temperature and a significantly longer service life—more than four times that of conventional lithium-based greases. It also withstands higher temperatures and exhibits superior resistance to fretting wear.
● This product exhibits excellent anti-wear, extreme-pressure, rust-prevention, and antioxidant properties.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating high‑temperature bearings in industries such as mining, steel, petrochemicals, textile printing and dyeing, textiles, and float glass production; it also provides lubrication for various medium- and heavy‑duty roller, ball, and plain bearings, as well as for transmission components like gears and chain idler rollers in baking equipment, and for couplings.
Operating temperature range: -30°C to 150°C; can withstand up to 180°C for short periods.
Products with consistency grades 00, 0, and 1 are used in centralized lubrication systems.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other lubricants; different greases may undergo physical or chemical reactions, resulting in a significant deterioration of performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
● This product should be stored in a clean, dry, and light‑protected environment.
