Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening refined mineral oil with a composite soap and further refined with a proprietary additive package.
Product Performance
● It exhibits superior high-speed and high-temperature performance compared to lithium-based greases, resulting in a longer service life.
● Its other performance characteristics are comparable to those of lithium-based greases.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for high-temperature bearings used in steelmaking, textile dyeing and printing, petrochemical processing, textile manufacturing, and float‑glass production, as well as for large, medium, and small electric motors of various models—particularly for lubricating H‑type high‑temperature fans and motor bearings.
Suitable for a DN rating of 500,000, with an operating temperature range of –30°C to 150°C; short-term exposure may reach up to 180°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other lubricants;
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
● This product should be stored in a clean, dry, and light‑protected environment.
Packaging specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum, 1 kg/can.
