Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening synthetic oil with an organic thickener and further refined with a variety of additives, including corrosion inhibitors and antioxidants. It complies with the GB 11124-89 standard.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high- and low-temperature performance, with particularly superior lubricity at elevated temperatures;
● Excellent mechanical stability, water resistance, and long bearing life.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for lubricating high‑temperature bearings in large chemical plants, including sleeve bearings for plastic extruders, rotary burner nozzles for auxiliary boilers, and draft fans and regenerative gas compressors in cracking furnaces. It also provides lubrication for rolling and sliding bearings in various high‑speed machinery operating at elevated temperatures, such as thermal setting ovens, stretch‑calendering machines, hot‑air blowers, high‑temperature dyeing vats, and baking ovens. Additionally, it can be used to lubricate gears, chains, and clutches that operate under high‑temperature conditions.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
Do not mix with other oils.
