Product Introduction
This product uses high-quality synthetic hydrocarbon base oil, added with high-performance specialized composite additives, and is made through advanced production technology. This product is classified according to ISO viscosity grade and exceeds the requirements of American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) 250.04, US Steel Company (USS) 224 specification, and national standard GB5903-95 specification.

Excellent thermal stability and oxidation stability, long service life, 3-4 times that of ordinary industrial gear oil;
Excellent hydrolysis stability and anti emulsification performance, capable of effectively separating water mixed into the gearbox;
Good adhesion temperature and low temperature performance, especially suitable for operation in a wide temperature range, which is beneficial for equipment startup; Short term temperatures up to 150 ℃ can also provide sufficient protection;
Low friction coefficient can reduce the energy consumption of the gear surface during operation, decrease the heat generated by friction, and ensure normal lubrication of the gear;

application
Suitable for lubrication of closed cylindrical gears, helical gears, herringbone gear transmission devices, heavy-duty sliding bearings, and rolling bearings in industries such as metallurgy, mining, and cement where the tooth surface contact stress is greater than 1100N/mm2. This product is also suitable for lubrication of mechanical reduction gearboxes in the textile printing and dyeing industry.
