Product Overview
This product is formulated with high‑quality synthetic hydrocarbon base oils and enhanced with a specialized, high‑performance additive package, manufactured using advanced production processes. It is classified according to ISO viscosity grades and meets or exceeds the requirements of AGMA 250.04, USS 224, and the national standard GB 5903‑95.
Product Performance
● Excellent thermal stability and oxidation stability, with a long service life—3 to 4 times that of conventional industrial gear oils.
● Excellent hydrolytic stability and demulsibility, enabling effective separation of water entrained in gearboxes;
● Exhibits excellent viscosity‑temperature and low‑temperature performance, making it particularly well suited for operation over a wide temperature range and facilitating equipment startup; it also provides adequate protection even when exposed to temperatures as high as 150°C for short periods.
● With a low coefficient of friction, it can reduce energy consumption on the gear surfaces during operation, minimize heat generated by friction, and ensure proper lubrication of the gears.
● Excellent lubrication performance ensures superior lubrication of the gearbox under a wide range of operating conditions.
Product Usage
It is suitable for lubricating closed cylindrical, helical, and herringbone gear drives in the metallurgical, mining, cement, and other industries, where the tooth surface contact stress exceeds 1100 N/mm², as well as heavy-duty sliding and rolling bearings. This product is also applicable to the lubrication of mechanical reduction gearboxes in the textile and dyeing industries.
Precautions for Use
This product should not be mixed with other oils; during storage and transportation, it must be protected from moisture and contaminants; store in a sealed, cool, and dry environment.
