Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a specialty lubricant with a high-grade lithium fatty acid soap and refining it with a variety of additives.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent oil-film strength, thereby extending the service life of gearboxes;
● Exhibits excellent oxidation stability;
● Exhibits excellent shear resistance and is unlikely to soften excessively and lose its consistency.
● It can reduce the operating noise of the gearbox.
Product Usage
This product is primarily used for the lubrication and protection of gears in high-precision planetary gear reducers, as well as for the lubrication and protection of hyperboloid gears in robots.
Applicable temperature range: -30°C to 110°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not over‑lubricate; excessive lubrication can lead to increased friction, bearing overheating, and reduced gear life.
● During storage and use, avoid contamination by water and impurities, and do not mix with other oils or fats.
Packaging Specifications
170 kg/drum, 18 kg/drum.
