Description
Product Overview
This product is a long-life grease formulated by thickening a specialty lubricating oil with a high-grade lithium fatty acid soap and compounded with multiple additives, offering excellent anti-wear, friction-reducing, and extreme-pressure performance.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent high- and low-temperature performance;
● Exhibits excellent colloidal stability, effectively preventing oil leakage from the gearbox.
● Exhibits excellent oil-film strength, thereby extending the service life of gearboxes.
● It exhibits excellent fluidity, enabling effective lubrication of the reducer’s complex gear‑meshing points.
Product Usage
It is primarily used for lubricating RV reducers, harmonic drive reducers, cycloidal gear reducers, and other high-precision reducers and precision equipment, and can be greased manually or with a grease gun.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 110°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not over‑lubricate; excessive lubrication can lead to increased friction and bearing overheating.
● During storage and use, avoid contamination by water and impurities, and do not mix with other oils or fats.
● For long-term storage, if oil separation or a darkening of color is observed, the product can be stirred or ground to homogeneity at room temperature and used without any loss of performance.
