Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a specialty lubricant with a high-grade lithium fatty acid soap and incorporating multiple additives, then refined through a proprietary process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent wear resistance and friction reduction;
● Exhibits excellent high- and low-temperature performance;
● Offers a longer service life, improved efficiency, and extended lubrication intervals;
● It exhibits excellent fluidity, enabling effective lubrication of the reducer’s complex gear‑meshing points.
Product Usage
It is primarily used for lubricating RV reducers, harmonic drive reducers, cycloidal gear reducers, and other high-precision reducers and precision equipment, and can be greased manually or with a grease gun.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 120°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not over‑lubricate; excessive lubrication can lead to increased friction and bearing overheating.
● During storage and use, avoid contamination by water and impurities, and do not mix with other oils or fats.
● For long-term storage, if oil separation or a darkening of color is observed, the product can be stirred or ground uniformly at room temperature before use without compromising its performance.
