Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a synthetic base oil with high‑grade fatty acid soaps, and is further refined through a specialized process incorporating antioxidants, rust inhibitors, corrosion protectants, and extreme‑pressure anti‑wear additives.
Product Performance
● Good mechanical stability;
● Excellent wear resistance and low friction torque;
● Excellent adhesion, minimizing the risk of inadequate lubrication;
● Excellent water resistance, oxidation stability, and protective performance.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for the lubrication and protection of rack-and-pinion steering gears in automobiles. It can also be used to lubricate various types of large, medium, and small gears, as well as crown gears.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 120°C
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, avoid the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● Do not mix with other oils.
