Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening refined base oils with a composite thickener, and further refined through a specialized process that incorporates multiple high‑performance extreme‑pressure and anti‑wear additives, along with other antioxidant and anti‑corrosion additives.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent anti-wear and extreme-pressure performance, as well as superior adhesion properties;
● Excellent rust resistance and water resistance;
● Excellent mechanical stability and colloidal stability;
● Features a long service life and extended replacement intervals, contributing to energy savings and reduced consumption.
● Excellent oxidation stability.
Product Usage
This product is particularly suitable for lubricating vehicle components subjected to severe operating conditions, such as cross joints and chassis universal joints, as well as other high‑temperature, heavy‑load rolling and sliding friction points, and applications requiring water resistance, corrosion protection, and oxidation resistance. It can also be used to lubricate and seal the rubber piston rings and cylinder walls in pneumatic brake systems of various heavy‑duty vehicles and other motorized vehicles.
Operating temperature range: -10°C to 180°C
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils or fats;
● When applying grease manually, avoid direct contact with skin and do not mix it with other oils or greases.
