Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening a semi-synthetic base oil with a composite thickener, and is further refined through a specialized process that incorporates high-performance extreme-pressure additives, adhesion improvers, and proprietary solid additives.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent lubrication and gear‑surface repair performance;
● It can inhibit and eliminate fatigue cracks, preventing their continued propagation.
● Exhibits excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance, particularly strong resistance to scuffing.
● Exhibits excellent oxidation stability, preventing oxidative degradation of the grease, ensuring a long service life and maintaining good mechanical stability.
Product Usage
It is particularly suitable for the break-in lubrication and protection of large open‑type gears in equipment such as tube mills and rotary kilns operating under low speed, heavy load, and impact conditions. It provides excellent restorative lubrication, helps establish optimal lubrication performance over time, and extends the service life of the equipment.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 150°C

● During storage and use, water and impurities should be kept from entering.
● Do not mix with other oils.
