Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening refined base oils with a composite thickener and incorporating extreme-pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant, and anti-corrosion additives, all processed through a specialized manufacturing procedure.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance, particularly strong extreme-pressure load-carrying capacity, which can effectively extend gear life.
● Exhibits excellent adhesion; during application, it forms a thick oil film with strong adhesive properties.
● Excellent oxidation stability, preventing the oxidation and degradation of the grease and extending its service life;
● Excellent rust resistance, water resistance, and mechanical stability;
● Excellent pumpability, with a range of penetration grades to choose from, ensuring reliable performance in both winter and summer.
● Free of asphalt, chlorides, and solvents, meeting environmental protection requirements.
Product Usage
It is particularly well suited for the lubrication and protection of large, heavily loaded open gears—such as drum coal mills in thermal power plants, rotary kilns in cement plants, large mixing machines in steel mills, and ball mills in mining operations—effectively ensuring equipment uptime and extending service life. This product is especially recommended for greasing and safeguarding heavy‑duty gears and bearings in rolling‑mill machinery, mining equipment, and heavy‑duty lifting machinery. It can also be used to lubricate equipment operating under demanding conditions, including high loads, elevated temperatures, water‑washout, low speeds, and severe vibration and impact. It reliably enhances equipment availability and prolongs its service life.
Applicable temperature range: -20°C to 120°C.
Precautions for Use
● During storage and use, avoid the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● Do not mix with other oils.
