Product Overview
This product is formulated by thickening refined base oils with a composite thickener and incorporating high-performance extreme-pressure, antioxidant, and anti-corrosion additives through a specialized refining process.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent adhesion, with a thick oil film and strong bonding during use;
● Exhibits excellent rust-prevention and water-resistance properties; demonstrates superior extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance, particularly strong load-carrying capacity under extreme pressure.
● Exhibits excellent oxidation stability, preventing the oxidation and degradation of the grease and extending its service life;
● Exhibits excellent mechanical stability; contains no heavy metals or other environmentally harmful substances, making it an eco‑friendly product.
● Exhibits excellent pumping performance.
Product Usage
It is particularly well suited for the lubrication and protection of roller press equipment, and can also be used to lubricate other machinery operating under conditions involving heavy loads, high temperatures, water washdown, low speeds, and vibration or impact. It effectively ensures reliable equipment operation and extends service life.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 150°C.

● During storage and use, avoid the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● Do not mix with other oils.
