Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated with a special high‑quality synthetic base oil, compounded with antioxidants, anti‑wear agents, and corrosion inhibitors. It is primarily intended for the heat transfer systems of various high‑temperature equipment.
Product Performance
● Excellent high-temperature stability, with a long-term service temperature exceeding 320°C and a short-term service temperature of up to 350°C.
● Low coke formation ensures that equipment remains clean over the long term, reducing the frequency of cleaning operations.
● Low volatility, effectively saving fuel, reducing the frequency of refueling, minimizing environmental pollution, and improving working conditions;
● Long service life and excellent cost-effectiveness—5 to 10 times that of conventional mineral oils.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for high-temperature heat transfer systems in the sheet‑metal industry, heat conduction in textile calendering machines, and other equipment requiring efficient heat transfer.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to 350°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other lubricants; different lubricants may undergo physical or chemical reactions, significantly degrading their performance.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
● When used in lubrication applications involving contact with non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastics, and paints, a material compatibility test should be conducted beforehand.
● When switching to a different type of oil, wait until the current oil in the tank has been completely used up before adding the new oil.
