Product Overview
This product is formulated with a synthetic base oil and incorporates extreme-pressure, anti-wear, anti-corrosion, and antioxidant additives, exhibiting excellent performance across both high and low temperature ranges as well as outstanding thermal oxidation stability.
Product Performance
● Excellent lubricity minimizes wear, extending the vacuum pump’s service life and reducing energy consumption.
● The oil has a low vapor pressure, enabling it to maintain a lower vacuum level.
● Excellent material compatibility, ensuring compatibility with both metallic and non-metallic materials within the system, thereby guaranteeing the vacuum pump’s reliable long-term operation under demanding conditions.
● Excellent viscosity‑temperature characteristics: the oil maintains a stable viscosity across a wide temperature range, facilitating the formation of an effective lubricating film and providing superior equipment protection.
Product Usage
This product is compatible with metal materials such as steel, copper, and aluminum; it is suitable for lubricating rotary‑vane and sliding‑valve vacuum pumps. Type M is for standard vacuum pumps, while Type H is designed for high‑temperature vacuum pumps.
When in use, the H‑type can be substituted for the M‑type. If the M‑type is used in place of the H‑type, pay attention to the operating temperature: below 150°C, they are interchangeable; above this temperature, substitution is not permitted.
Precautions for Use
● Prior to use, the entire lubrication system should be cleaned.
● After the product is put into use, the container should be tightly sealed promptly to prevent the ingress of moisture and impurities.
● This product has strong hygroscopic properties; during storage and use, ensure it is tightly sealed to minimize exposure to air.
● This product should be stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated location. If light fractions are present, the vacuum level may be affected; the oil must be replaced promptly.
