Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated by blending synthetic base oils with a variety of functional additives, including antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors. In accordance with international classification standards, it belongs to the ISO-L-DAC series and is available in four grades—68, 100, 150, and 220—based on kinematic viscosity at 40°C.
Product Performance
● Excellent chemical stability; it does not readily form carbon deposits or gums and is inert to sealing materials and the compressed gases.
● It exhibits moderate water solubility and low solubility for hydrocarbon gases, thereby preventing the coolant from being diluted by compressed gases during operation, maintaining an appropriate operating viscosity, and extending both service life and equipment lifespan.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for gas compressors used in refineries, oil and gas fields, coking plants, and mines, for the pressurized delivery, bottling, and separation/recovery of mixed or pure hydrocarbon gases such as compressed natural gas, mine gas, liquefied propane, coalbed methane, shale gas, ethylene, and butadiene. It is particularly well suited for lubricating screw-type compressors that handle these gases.
Precautions for Use
● When using this product for the first time, please thoroughly flush the lubrication system; this product should not be mixed with other oils.
● This product should be stored in a clean, dry, and light‑protected environment. After opening, tightly reseal the container to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering.
● Before using this product, please verify that the viewing window of the equipment is made of acrylic.
● This product is incompatible with acrylic; use may cause cracking of the acrylic.
● When used in reciprocating piston compressors, please consult the relevant technical personnel.
● This product is not intended for use with air compressors.
