Product Overview
This product is formulated with a synthetic base oil and refined with additives that provide rust inhibition, oxidation resistance, and anti‑wear protection. It features low residual carbon, minimal evaporation loss, and an extended service life, while exhibiting excellent oxidation stability and superior low‑temperature fluidity. All performance specifications meet the ISO DAC/DAJ technical standards.
Product Performance
● Excellent lubrication performance, significantly reducing equipment wear;
● Long service life, with a maximum of 8,000 hours, extending the equipment’s oil-change interval;
● Lower residual carbon content, preventing compressor ignition and explosions for enhanced safety;
● Excellent carbon‑deposit cleaning performance ensures smoother equipment operation and reduces the likelihood of filter clogging.
Product Usage
This product is primarily intended for low- and medium-pressure rotary compressors, but it can also be used in medium- and small-sized reciprocating compressors. N100 and N150 are mainly employed in medium- and high-pressure reciprocating compressors as well as large rotary compressors.
Precautions for Use
● For first-time use, thoroughly clean the compressor. Before changing the oil, run the unit for half an hour, then drain the old oil; add the appropriate grade of this product, run for another half hour, and drain it out. Finally, proceed with normal operation after topping up with fresh oil. If the original oil was mineral-based, perform an oil change 7 days to two weeks into normal operation to remove accumulated carbon deposits, thereby achieving optimal performance.
● This product series is suitable for seals made of nitrile rubber, fluoroelastomer, silicone rubber, and other materials.
● If this product is mixed with mineral‑oil‑based oils, closely monitor the oil filter differential pressure and change the oil promptly. This is not a matter of oil quality; rather, it results from this product’s excellent ability to clean carbon deposits.
● It is normal for the oil to turn black during use; please do not worry.
