Product Overview
This product is formulated with a synthetic base oil and refined with a variety of additives, including extreme-pressure, antioxidant, and anti-corrosion agents. It is primarily used for lubrication, cooling, and sealing in gas compressor systems.
Product Performance
● Excellent lubricity, protecting the compressor, reducing wear, and effectively extending equipment life;
● Excellent thermal oxidation stability, preventing lubricant degradation at high temperatures and reducing oil‑change costs;
● Excellent material compatibility, preventing oil leakage during system operation;
● Excellent resistance to high-temperature coking and carbon deposition, enhancing compressor safety and reducing filter element replacement costs;
● Excellent high- and low-temperature performance ensures reliable operation across a wide temperature range, with normal start-up even at low temperatures.
● With a service life of 6,000 to 8,000 hours, it effectively reduces maintenance and repair costs.
Product Usage
This product is primarily used for lubricating screw-type gas compressors, including those handling nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, vinyl chloride, and other gases. It is also suitable for lubricating reciprocating and rotary air compressors employed in the steel, cement, chemical, and related industries. Operating temperature range: screw compressors, −30 to 120°C; reciprocating compressors, −25 to 180°C, with short‑term exposure up to 200°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other lubricants; reactions between different lubricants may occur, leading to a decline in performance.
● Close the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
● When used in lubrication applications involving contact with non-metallic materials such as rubber, plastics, and paints, a material compatibility test should be conducted beforehand.
● During use, it is normal for the product to darken when exposed to light or prolonged high temperatures; this does not affect its performance.
