Product Overview
This product utilizes a specially formulated synthetic base oil, enhanced with high‑quality, highly effective functional additives that provide antioxidant, anti‑corrosion, and anti‑wear protection. It is suitable for a wide range of air compressors, where it serves to cool compressed air, seal the rotor and cylinder, and lubricate moving parts.
Product Performance
● Excellent thermal oxidation stability, which slows down the oxidative degradation of the oil at high temperatures and reduces carbon deposit formation.
● Extremely low sludge‑forming tendency, effectively extending filter service life;
● Reduced evaporation losses, lower fuel consumption, and fewer refueling stops;
● Excellent rust‑proof and corrosion‑resistant performance, preventing corrosion of compressor components and reducing the need for spare parts.
● Excellent lubrication performance reduces wear on compressor components and extends equipment life.
Product Usage
This product can be used for the cooling, sealing, and lubrication of air compressors in industries such as steel, cement, chemicals, machinery, and electronics, and is particularly well suited for screw-type compressors. Operating temperature range: N32 and N46—–30 to 110°C; N68 and N100—–20 to 110°C.
Precautions for Use
● Do not mix with other lubricants; if mixing is necessary, conduct a compatibility test first.
● Seal the container promptly after use to prevent the ingress of moisture, dust, and other contaminants.
● During use, color changes caused by exposure to light or prolonged high temperatures are normal and do not affect product performance.
● Please replace the oil with fresh oil after 4,000 hours of operation.
