Product Overview
This product is refined from ester-based synthetic oil and high-performance composite additives, offering excellent resistance to high temperatures, flame retardancy, and superior fire resistance, making it a next-generation ester‑based fire‑resistant hydraulic fluid.
Product Performance
● Exhibits excellent lubricity and wear resistance;
● Outstanding flame-retardant performance and high safety; even when used in the presence of an ignition source, it will self-extinguish and not continue to burn.
● Excellent viscosity‑temperature characteristics and low‑temperature fluidity ensure that the hydraulic system exhibits superior cold‑startability and pumpability in low‑temperature environments.
● It exhibits excellent oxidation stability and thermal stability; even under prolonged high‑temperature service, it forms very little sludge due to thermal cracking, thereby ensuring system cleanliness and extending equipment life.
Product Usage
This product is primarily intended for the lubrication of mechanical equipment that comes into direct contact with fire in industries such as metallurgy and kiln operations, including hydraulic systems in continuous casting equipment in the metallurgical sector.
Operating temperature range: -30 to 120°C.
Precautions for Use
● Upon first use, the lubrication system should be thoroughly cleaned.
● Do not mix with other oils.
