Description

Product Overview

This product is formulated with water and ethylene glycol as the base fluid, compounded with various additives including lubricants, rust inhibitors, and antifoaming agents. According to national standards, it is classified as an ISO‑L‑HFC‑type water‑ethylene glycol fire‑resistant hydraulic fluid.

Product Performance

This product features a high viscosity index, excellent fire resistance, rust prevention, stability, and lubricity; it is highly compatible with most types of rubber and offers a long service life.

Product Usage

This product is widely used in hydraulic systems operating under conditions involving open flames and high temperatures, serving as an essential fire‑resistant hydraulic fluid. It is particularly suited for fire‑safety‑critical hydraulic systems in industries such as steel, coal mining, light manufacturing, chemical processing, machining, and plastics processing—applications including coke oven doors, coke‑quenching cars, die‑casting machines, furnace‑top charging bells, extruders, converter hood lifting mechanisms, forging presses, electric furnace lid‑opening and tilting devices, casting machines, tundish slide gates, continuous casting machines, hot rolling mills, welding robots, plastic extruders, automated welding fixtures, surface electroplating equipment, and glass‑forming machines.
Operating temperature range: -50°C to 60°C; maximum operating pressure up to 20 MPa.

Precautions for Use

● When using this product, be sure to assess its compatibility with both metallic and non-metallic auxiliary materials.
● This product must not be mixed with mineral‑oil‑based, emulsion‑based, or ester‑based hydraulic fluids. Therefore, prior to use, the hydraulic system should be thoroughly cleaned before filling it with this product.
● During operation, regularly inspect the oil’s appearance, viscosity, pH, and foam levels—typically every three months—and address any issues promptly.
● In general, the temperature of an open‑type oil tank should not exceed 55°C, and that of a closed‑type oil tank should not exceed 65°C. Excessive temperatures can cause excessive water evaporation, leading to an increase in hydraulic oil viscosity and adversely affecting its performance.
