Product Introduction
This product is refined from synthetic oil as the base oil, with additives such as anti-oxidation, anti-wear, anti rust, and anti-corrosion added. According to GB/T3141, it is divided into six grades: 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, and 680.

application
This product is particularly suitable for lubrication of industrial worm gear boxes and worm gear mechanisms operating under high temperature, high load, and low temperature cold conditions. Under normal circumstances, the oil change cycle can reach 30000 hours.
Applicable temperature range: -25 ℃ to 150 ℃.

Precautions for use
For the first use, the system should be cleaned thoroughly. This product should not be mixed with other oils;
When the operating temperature is within 100 ℃, nitrile rubber seals can be used. When the continuous temperature is high, it is recommended to use fluororubber or silicone rubber seals; Ordinary industrial paint is not suitable for this product. It is recommended to use epoxy resin or modified phenolic resin coating. Oil level gauges or oil level viewing windows should be made of ordinary glass or polyamide materials.
