Product Overview
This product is formulated with synthetic base oil and refined with additives that provide oxidation resistance, anti‑wear protection, and corrosion inhibition. In accordance with GB/T 3141, it is available in six grades: 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, and 680.
Product Performance
● Extremely low coefficient of friction, typically reducing power consumption in worm gear pairs by 30%;
● Excellent load-carrying capacity, which can significantly extend the service life of worm gear sets;
● Excellent viscosity‑temperature characteristics and low‑temperature fluidity, ensuring easy starting at low temperatures;
● Excellent rust‑proof and corrosion‑resistant performance; no corrosion on copper worm gears.
● Excellent detergency, ensuring no carbon deposits or coke formation even under prolonged high-temperature operation.
Product Usage
This product is particularly suitable for lubricating industrial worm gearboxes and worm gear mechanisms operating under high-temperature, heavy-load, and low-temperature conditions. Under normal operating conditions, the oil change interval can extend up to 30,000 hours.
Operating temperature range: -25°C to 150°C.
Precautions for Use
● For first-time use, the system should be thoroughly cleaned. Do not mix this product with other oils.
● When the operating temperature is below 100°C, nitrile rubber seals are sufficient; for higher continuous temperatures, fluororubber or silicone rubber seals are recommended. Conventional industrial paints are incompatible with this product; epoxy or modified phenolic resin coatings are advised. The oil level gauge or oil level sight glass should be made of ordinary glass or polyamide material.
