Description
Product Overview
This product is formulated with synthetic base oil and refined with a variety of additives, including extreme-pressure and anti-wear agents. It is classified according to GB/T 3141 into viscosity grades such as 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, and 680.
Product Performance
● It exhibits excellent viscosity‑temperature characteristics, low‑temperature fluidity, thermal stability, and superior anti‑wear and extreme‑pressure performance, with the added benefits of remaining free from coking and sediment formation even under prolonged high‑temperature service.
● It exhibits particularly outstanding performance in viscosity‑temperature characteristics, atomization efficiency, and coking resistance, thereby offering superior versatility, accommodating a wide range of high‑ and low‑temperature environments, and effectively preventing blockages in oil and gas pipelines.
Product Usage
This product is suitable for use in steel mills, aluminum plants, refineries, and other applications that employ oil‑gas lubrication or oil‑mist lubrication. It provides lubrication for various medium- and low-speed, medium-load enclosed industrial gears, as well as worm gears and sliding and rolling bearings.
Operating temperature range: -30°C to 150°C.
Precautions for Use
● Upon first use, the lubrication system should be thoroughly cleaned. Do not mix this product with other oils.
● When the operating temperature is below 100°C, nitrile rubber seals may be used; for higher continuous temperatures, fluororubber or silicone rubber seals are recommended. This product is incompatible with industrial paints; epoxy or modified phenolic resin coatings are advised. The oil level indicator should be made of glass or polyamide material.
● Please monitor the air quality in use. The quality of the air can affect the performance of the fuel.
