Mr. Wang Mengyan is the Chairman of the Expert Committee, a professor level senior engineer, a well-known scholar in the field of petroleum refining lubricants in China, and a technology expert with outstanding contributions to Sinopec. After graduating from Lanzhou University in 1964, he was assigned to work at the Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology and has been serving as the director of the research office and a master's supervisor. He is engaged in the development and research of new lubricants for national defense and military industries, and has participated in research and development work in multiple military projects such as the Shenzhou V and VI spacecraft, as well as important nuclear submarines and military aircraft. He has been engaged in the research of lubricants for over thirty years and has achieved remarkable results. Received one third prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, two second prizes of Sinopec Science and Technology Progress Award, and 12 third prizes. Published over 40 papers in domestic and international journals, and applied for eight national invention patents.

Mr. Cheng Xinguo is the Vice General Manager, Ph.D., and Senior Engineer of our company. Participated in the drafting of more than ten national and petrochemical industry testing method standards; Hosted and participated in dozens of scientific and technological innovation projects of China National Petroleum Corporation and China Petroleum Lubricants Corporation, and multiple research achievements have won the China Petroleum and Lubricants Corporation Science and Technology Progress Award. He is a doctoral supervisor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a part-time professor at Beijing Jiao Tong University and Lanzhou Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College. Editorial board member of "Petrochemical Technology and Applications" and "Lubricants" magazines. I have published over 50 papers in academic journals and conferences both domestically and internationally, of which nearly 20 have been included in SCI journals. Formerly served as the Director of the Analysis Center and the Director of the Lubricant Research Institute at the Lanzhou Lubricant Research and Development Center of PetroChina, and was awarded the title of First Class Technical Expert by PetroChina Lubricants Company.

Mr. Zhou Yuan is currently the director and senior engineer of our company's lubricant research institute. Hosted and participated in research on scientific and technological innovation projects of China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petroleum Corporation, Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, and China Petroleum Lubricants Company. Multiple research achievements have won the China Petroleum and Lubricants Company Science and Technology Progress Award. He has published several papers in academic journals and conferences both domestically and internationally, obtained two national patents, and served as the deputy director of the Lubricating Grease Institute at the Lanzhou R&D Center of China Petroleum.

Chen Meiming is a senior engineer and academic leader at Sinopec Lubricants Company, specializing in the synthesis of compressor (freezer) oil. Has won the honorary title of China Petrochemical Min'enze Young Science and Technology Talent, and research achievements have won awards such as the second prize of China Petrochemical Lubricant Science and Technology Progress Award and the third prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army. Hosted or participated in drafting various national or industry standards for refrigeration oil, compressor oil, and synthetic gear oil. Applied for 7 patents, and 3 patents were approved. Published nearly 20 domestic literature articles.

I have been engaged in the research of synthetic lubricant technology at Sinopec Yiping Lubricant Company for many years. I am a senior expert in synthetic ester oil research at home and abroad, and have participated in the research and process improvement of various aviation synthetic ester oils such as 4109, 4106, and 4050. Currently, I am responsible for the process research and production of Derunbao synthetic lubricant.
